Meat and poultry
Shelf life and consumption ?
The airtight bags and cooling batteries used in the delivery process ensure that meat and poultry stay fresh as long as possible. When the order arrives, it should be placed directly in the refrigerator and preferably consumed within three days. In order to make meat more durable, we recommend that you freeze it as soon as you arrive.
Where do you get the meat and the poultry?
Our entire meat and poultry comes from the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
How fresh are the meat and poultry?
Our meat comes directly from the farm every morning. We follow high health standards and carry out daily health and temperature checks.

How high are the shipping costs?
Our shipping is FREE from 39 euros, and for orders under 39 € the cost is 5,99€
How can I track my order?
Our order will be shipped with DHL, when we fulfill the order, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number. If you don't find it, please check your email spam folder, otherwise please send us an email to: [email protected]
Who do you send the order with?
Our shipping partner is DHL, we are trying to provide the best service for our customers.
Is it halal?
All our meat and poultry is 100% halal and fresh. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality, which is why we oversee the meat from slaughter in local halal certified slaughterhouses to our meat department in our supermarket in Aachen. There we have a large meat department equipped with the latest equipment and subject to German health standards. The meat is then cut and prepared by the Palmyra team, which specializes in Eastern and Western meat preparations, allowing us to offer the largest selection of halal meat as well as poultry products in Europe.
How do we ship fresh meat?
When ordering, the meat is packed in vacuum bags, then placed in heat-insulated packaging with cooling batteries, so that it arrives at you with a temperature of less than 5 degrees Celsius.
